OUR SERVICES
Cloud & identity
Make account access, cloud ownership, and routine change easier to understand and govern.
A GOOD FIT FOR
For organizations adopting cloud services, consolidating accounts, changing identity providers, or reviewing access for staff and suppliers.
THE ENGAGEMENT
We map the cloud services and decision owners in scope, then review how access is requested, approved, changed, recovered, and removed. Recommendations may cover account ownership, sign-in practices, administrative roles, supplier access, recovery planning, and change review. Your administrators and providers implement changes unless implementation is explicitly included.
WHAT YOU TAKE FORWARD
Your team gets a documented set of access principles and implementation tasks that fit its environment. Owners can see which services matter, who approves access, how changes are reviewed, and which decisions remain open.
CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Configuration and migrations are handled only under a separate scope with an authorized administrator, change plan, and rollback responsibility.
How the engagement works
Map ownership
Identify services, business owners, administrators, suppliers, and access decisions within scope.
Review the lifecycle
Walk through how access is requested, approved, changed, recovered, and removed using the available evidence.
Set practical rules
Agree principles for sign-in, privileged roles, supplier access, recovery, and review frequency that fit the team.
Coordinate changes
Assign implementation to authorized owners and providers; record dependencies, approvals, and verification steps.
Before we begin
Do you configure Microsoft 365 or another cloud platform?
We can help plan and coordinate changes. Configuration work is included only when the proposal names the authorized administrator, access method, change window, verification, and rollback plan.
Can you review supplier access?
Yes, within the agreed boundary. We can document which suppliers need access, who approves it, what work it supports, and how access is reviewed or ended.
What if our account inventory is incomplete?
We record the gap, identify likely owners and evidence sources, then agree whether inventory work belongs in this engagement or a follow-on scope.
