OUR SERVICES
Security assessment
A bounded review that turns scattered security questions into a prioritized, understandable work list.
A GOOD FIT FOR
For leaders preparing for a customer review, technology change, new partnership, or internal decision about where to invest next.
THE ENGAGEMENT
We agree the review questions, business units, locations, systems, evidence sources, and interviewees before work begins. The assessment combines document review and stakeholder conversations, then compares current practices against the agreed topics. Findings distinguish observed evidence from assumptions and areas not reviewed.
WHAT YOU TAKE FORWARD
You receive a concise view of the current picture, material dependencies, and prioritized recommendations with suggested owners. The report gives leaders a practical basis for deciding what to address next.
CLEAR BOUNDARIES
The assessment is not a penetration test, certification, or audit opinion. Technical testing or formal attestation requires a separate authorized scope.
How the engagement works
Frame the question
Agree what decision the assessment should inform, what is included, and what evidence can reasonably be reviewed.
Listen and review
Meet relevant owners and examine agreed policies, diagrams, process descriptions, and supplied evidence.
Sort the findings
Separate observations, risks, assumptions, and open questions; prioritize by business context and dependencies.
Present next steps
Walk through the report with decision-makers and confirm actions, owners, and useful follow-up support.
Before we begin
Is this a penetration test?
No. This assessment reviews agreed evidence and practices. Technical testing needs its own written authorization, safety limits, and specialist scope.
Will the report certify that we are secure?
No. The report describes the evidence reviewed, findings within the agreed boundary, and topics that remain unverified.
What should we prepare?
Bring a business contact, a list of relevant systems and providers, existing security materials, and the decisions you want the work to support. We will agree the evidence list during scoping.
